1. Product Introduction

Basic Information:
Hongzan provides honeycomb panels, which is one of the best environmental composite materials with perfect strength, super flatness and excellent sound & heat insulation but with light weight and easy processing. The panels can be manufactured based on your specifications for a various applications, such as wall cladding (exterior & interior), ceiling, flooring, partition, ship hull, elevator, container, door and metro & bus station, etc.

2. For exterior wall (PVDF coating): 15mm, 18mm, 25mm (top plate: from 1.0mm to 1.5mm; bottom plate: from 0.7mm to 1.0mm)

3. Production Process

The production process of Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is including:

cut the aluminum coil into different sizes---paste protective film---flat pressing---polishing---carving/cutting the corners/bending if necessary---composite with honeycomb core---trimming if necessary---package

Production Details: There is two composite process for aluminum honeycomb panel, including hot press and cold press.



Package Details:

Hongzan will use standard export packages--wooden crate which will largely protect the products well during land/sea/air/train transportation. Customized package requirements are available.

Hongzan has obtained international recognized certificates and test reports for aluminum honeycomb panel related to Fire rate, sound insulation, and so on, E.G.: 
1), ISO 9001:2008;
2), A class fire rate by Lloyd's ( Marine Association) ;

4), EN13501-1 by ITS;
5), ASTM by ITS.
