1. Product Introduction

Basic Information:

The cell of Polypropylene (PP) core are mainly circular rather than hexagonal, and it is fused together rather than glued. The recyclable honeycomb can be thermoformed and cut to shape easily. And the PP core can be composited with sandwich panels, such as aluminum honeycomb panel, stainless steel composite panel, galvanized steel sandwich panel, fiberglass honeycomb panel or it can just be used separately for blackboard, exhaust outlet, ceiling, wall decoration, etc.

Specification:

The common diameter of PP core cell is 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. And it can be made according to client's specific requirement. And the PP core surface can stick with a thin PP film. The film under the tissue acts as a barrier to prevent resin leaking into the core thus save resin consumption in next assembly process.

2. Application:

Composite with other sandwich panels, it can used in marine, automotive, rail, truck, floor, wall decoration, blackboard, etc.
And PP honeycomb sheet can be laminated with foam on the both sides and made to customer requirement, so it can be widely used in sports activity provide safety protection for sportsman, such as elbow protector, kneepad, chest protector, helm, crash helmet. Honeycomb core energy absorption property and high anti-pressing strength improve protection.

3.Factory show & Package Details:




Hongzan will use standard export packages--wooden crate which will largely protect the products well during land/sea/air/train transportation. Customized package requirements are available.

Hongzan has obtained international recognized certificates and test reports for aluminum honeycomb panel related to Fire rate, sound insulation, and so on, E.G.:

2), A class fire rate by Lloyd's ( Marine Association) ;
