1.Sound-Insulation, Heat-Insulation & Thermal-Insulation
The air between the two skins of HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel is divided into many closed and independent cells, which have a great extent to limit the transmission of sound wave and heat , so the panel have a good performance in sound insulation, heat insulation, thermal insulation.
2.Fireproofing Properties
Tested by National Research Center of Testing Techniques For Fireproof Building Materials, all the properties of HONGZAN aluminum honeycomb panel meet the requirement of non-flammable materials.
According to GB-8624-1997 standard, HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel's fireproofing grade is up to GB-8624-B1 Grade.
3.Super Flatness and Rigidity
The special hexagonal structure of HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel is composed of many dense I shapes beams hexagonal cells , which can be dispersed under pressure from the direction of the skin panels and make the panel uniform stress . This property ensure the pressure strength and maintain a super flatness when in the large area.
4.Moisture-Resistance
The surface skins of HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel using roller-coating processes , thus anti-oxidation, color-stable and no mildew and deformation in the damp environment .
5.Light-Weight & Energy-Saving
The weight of HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel is only 3/70 of that for bricks.
6.Environmental-Friendly
HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel does not emit any hazardous gas and easy to be cleaned and recycled.
7.Corrosion-Resistant
After testing , HONGZAN Stainless Steel Honeycomb Panel remains intact after immersed in 2% HCL solution or in saturated Ca(OH)2 solution for 24 hours.
8.Easy-Installation
We could supply the panels with installation used aluminum alloy keel. They are easily installed and saving time and labor . Furthermore, they can be repetitive assembly and disassembly migration.
